For the door indicators to work I pulled signal from these two wires.

Automatic Seat Belt Control Unit

White/Blue: Left door latch switch.
White/Red: Right door latch switch.

sweet. i figured the door switches would be the best place to tie them into. at the switch the wires are both the same color. they must change somewhere on the way back to that box under the dash. thanks for the help. probably try it tomorrow. then i will just need to get the da fuel pump

take your time on the fuel sending unit. it took me a while to figure that one out.

will your US schematics be the same for an 89 si or is there a difference between 89-90...

i believe colors are the same. the wires are just in different places on the plugs. search for the 88-89 cluster pinouts. i know they are out there cause i found them when i did my cluster swap like 2 or 3 months ago

So I wired up a cluster for a friend and it's all good except one thing. The car now doesn't realize that the driver has buckled up. I left one wire (blu/red) unpinned because I couldn't figure out where it went. If the car starts the beep beep beep (along with blinking light by rear view mirror) continues to go on and on. Any ideas? I'm sure it's just something I've missed or skipped but I'm not sure exactly what it is.
