Rovers are stinking sexy. I think there was a post on honda-tech about a rover with a b16 in it. It looked excellent.

Ok civichatchsohc I don't usually do this but what you said was just stupid, did you actually read the post. Because it was varified that it is a motor built by honda for the rovers in europe. It is the same motor as the ZC just with a different valve cover. Also it can't be a mitsu motor since mitsu motor cam gears are on the other side of the motor which was also stated in the post. So please pay attention and read before you post.

Sorry but the dude that said that the cams were on the passenger side was wrong the 4g63 cams are also on the drivers side like hondas. That valve cover does make that engine look like a 4g63 NA but for sure is a ZC. The 420a engine from the 2nd gen Eclipse non turbo does have them in the passenger side dough.

yeh, ive got the rover conversion on my crx... it cost me about £140 to do.. took me from 262mm (std VT size) to 282mm with bigger calipers... they work very well as the setup is meant for stopping something at least 1400kg.. pics are below.
FYI the rover shown above... the blueone.. also came in a 2.0L turbo version..

Re: (SETI20)
doesnt the legend use two pot calipers, and 5-lug pattern??
this is a total hassle free setup... over on tne CRX uk forum we had some member using the lude calipers but then had to ask for blank disc and get them drilled..
Johnny

Just curious, is that thing in front of the distributor on a jdm/usdm d16 or zc? I dont remember that on my d16.</TD></TR></TABLE>
that thing in front of the distributor on the exhaust cam is a crank angle sensor or cam angle sensor. i have one on my dohc zc also.
