sedan handles on my hatch AND wire tuck
Well. I just got done installing my sedan rear door handles on my hatch so no more key holes for me and I also removed the locking rod so it won't get cought os stuck on anything in the door. About 3 days ago I finished installing my viper 790xv alarm with door acuators so I have no need for the key holes any way aslo stops thiefs from master keying my doors and u cant use a jimmy to unlock the door eaither only way in is to flex the window but that's a no go eaither do to my proximity sensor, shock sensor, and tilt sensor along with the main relay kill and ignation kill wired to my alarm only way to get my car now is a flat bed lol. I also finished up my wire tuck. I dont have many pics of doing the wire tuck tho... every thing was soldered heat shrinked split loomed. Well enough said

Re: PICS of my sedan handles on my hatch AND wire tuck
Cuz I already finished the wire tuck on my driver side of the car. Befor I finished installing my alarm the speaker wire you see is going to my alarm Siren and the hood pin I ran out off wire doing my wire tuck so I justed used some speaker wire I had laying around to extend the wires going to the siren and hood pin lol. But now its split loomed and taped up

ok as long as the wire is for the alarm siren was worried you used it for the tuck turn signals, running lights and ect. glad you didn't use speaker wire for those When I did my tuck i went to the junk yard and cut the whole front wire harness from the turn signals, headlights all that close as I could inside the car on both sides so all i had to do was soldier once and trim the extra it was cake plus all efs use the same color wires on those

Re: PICS of my sedan handles on my hatch AND wire tuck
That's what I did to went to the junk yard by my house it didn't have no ef's when I went. So I just cut the head light harness off of a 92 integra. On both sides. Most the wires matched up the plugs didn't match but I only need the wires lol. Just cut extended the wires solder every thing an heat shrinked every thing also split loomed all of it and taped the split loom lol. Cam out nice and every thing works it was my first wire tuck I think it came out nice. I also mounted the under hood fuse box behind the. Raido under the dash...easy to get to if a fuse ever blows and its out of the way. And can't be seen...

you know you can create visible thumbnails and links for forums with IMG tags with photobucket. just click on all the photos you want to show in the album, go to the bottom and click 'actions' and 'generate links' then copy the thumbnail group. please dont do full size.
you list of links is not good for sharing your work.

Re: PICS of my sedan handles on my hatch AND wire tuck
But ya back to the topic: Looks good. Sounds like it took you a little long though. I haven't really done any wire 'tucking' but I am good with a solderer.
Edit: Sorry I think I mis-read what you were saying Tyson. He must of originally had links instead of pictures. Either way I hate links . Or when people just post those mini pics and you have to click each one. I'd rather just have a huge page full of pictures.

Re: sedan handles on my hatch AND wire tuck
^^^^ thanks yeah it did take me kinda long but I never did a wire tuck befor mine. Plus I was only one doing I didn't have no help lol but I took my time to solder everything. and to do it right. I didn't skip out on anything. Everything was heat shrinked and taped then loomed and taped again. I kno over kill but I made it so I kno no wire will short out or come loose. Better safe then sorry.
