Default This pin wont come out

How do I get it out? I've been hitting it with a punch for a while now, how hard am I supposed to beat on it till it even beings to move? Am I supposed to cut it somewhere? On the other side of it is the round head. This is connecting the shift linkage to the transmission

Hmm, you're gonna have to be more specific as to where you used this hacksaw at. I'm gonna snap a clearer picture, maybe someone can tell me where I am suposed to be removing this at. 1.8L b16a needs a home.

Thanks, I'll come back and let you know if I got it out, or if I'm aggravated, I just dont have alot of ground clearance because I couldnt get the car up any higher, and so I have limited "swing" space to hit with a hammer.

Thsi is the best way to get it out, Find a 10mm head bolt that holds on the ac compressor. its like 6" long and has a point, works fucking perfect for the bitch pin.

my papa helped me get it out

Now I'm gonna loosen all the mounts and pull the motor. Where do you guys tie the chain on the cherry picker to? The manual shows it different, and I dont see where they are tying it onto on my motor. D16A6

Is it best to unbolt from the frame, or the engine?
