Wow. What an ending!

This is just the best build thread ever. It has an idiot OP, a poor victim (car) a lot of people giving advise, a deaf guy (op), another idiot (still op) and at the end of the entire toilet paper carnage the dumbass gets a mustang with the crappiest version of Fords V6.

I'm glad for this epic thread!

OP. Dude c'mon!?! You want to swap a 5.0 in the ford buttstain? You could not even follow simple advise while performing a relatively easy swap on the civic.
Every thing and I mean "everything" is on the damn internet about b series swaps... All explained with fine detail from wiring to mounts etc. And still you fukcet that up horribly.
Have fun with that Mustang! I have a feeling it will end up on some mustang forum with roll-on paint, stickers, butchered wiring and the engine installed upside down.

Nah. The mustang I'm keeping as it is. it has an aftermarket stereo system which is kinda nice. After consulting, I may turbo the v6 instead of doing a swap, but thats about it. I'm enjoying it. I don't need more power then what it gives me.

A statement like is going to have to be backed up if you expect anyone to believe it. If there is no proof, then myself and everyone else will just assume you are full of ****.

Honestly, I love all you internet "badasses." I honestly don't care if you believe me or not, I don't care if anyone else does or not, that was just a side note to the actual statement anyway. I don't know you or anything about you so who are you? why should I give a **** what you think? Everything I have put on here was either my opinion, which is just that my OPINION... I've tried to help even. So think I'm full of ****, its whatever... I'm not going to go get in my car and head out on the highway to hunt down some 3.8 mustang and make some ricer street racing video for you, and its damn sure not important enough to drive out to race you or some stupid **** like that...

I have said nothing to try and be a bad ***, I just have no faith in your statement.
saying you smoke V6's in a single cam isnt much of an opinion, its a claim. I dont expect yout to go make a racer flyby video. most of the people on this site come on here making claims like yours and they are just inaccurate. newer people come on here, read the BS you are posting thinking its true, and they look hella stupid in real life when they talk about how their civic can beat a mustang. Thats where we get ricers. you sir, promote ricers.

I am in full agreement with that. However, they are all heavily modified. Cams, pistons, valves, porting, and bolt ons would all most likely be required to beat a V6 mustang with a D, NA for NA. Nitrous and FI are totally different subjects though.

Odds are that this dude doesnt have those things done to his car. If he does I will look like a jackass and feel silly but, I'm going to ride out these odds and continue to act like he doesnt.

it doesnt take a heavily modified d... a mini me can do it. Thats what I have and I have some bolt ons, lsd, obd1 with a tune, and spray... dont need to spray to walk a 3.8 mustang. Not trying to talk bad about mustangs either, before I was into hondas I was a mustang guy

I raced my car every friday at the track. I had a full, OBD1 Z6 swap with bolt ons, light flywheel, chipped and tuned, with an SI trans. the car also weighs about 2050 lbs.

I Daily a GSR Integra with basic bolt ons and the Integra is still faster than my Civic. Here is a video of the Integra and a V6 mustang. Ignore my music, it does get turned down.

Without nitrous, you're car wouldnt beat my Integra, nor a mustang.

Not defending anybody but that looks to be a 4.3L mustang, big difference than the 3.8L that joliver is referring to.
