Default mini me swap questions

k guys Im doing a mini me swap on my sohc zc block. I got the head yesterday but just need some info on stuff I will need
-What are the bolts called that hold the vtec solenoid cause I didnt get those with the head
-Would u guys recomend getting a cam (stage 2) with a valvetrain kit or should I just leave it. And what kind of extra performance would I be achieving by getting cams and valvetrain. Also will the valves hit the pistons if i get a different cam?
-what is the best way to clean the head (myself) and do I leave the valvetrain in the head when I do clean it or do I need to take some or all valvetrain off

ohhh and i know that I can use my stock ECU but i heard that ONLY in the US they had EF ex sedans that had the Si motor in it and my buddy said that the ECu in that car is a real good one to use but aside from my ECU is this true and is there another ECU that is better than my stock Si ECU (PM6)

So this is what Im planning on doing
-z6 Head
y8 Intake Manifold
sohc zc block
Thanks

Don't know about the other questions, but use a P28 for your ecu.

if your gonna spend the money to get a cam convert to obd 1 and use the right ecu....if you need a dizzy lmk cause I got a brand new one I will let go for cheap and only the obd1 z6 dizzy fits the z6 head......I had an a6 z6 mini me and it was fun but my z6 I have now with a zex 59300 and zex valve springs I feels out pulls the old mini-me setup and it has lower compression but it also is a brand new motor but my mini me only had about 110k on the bottom end and compression tested good

to clean the head your going to need to take out the valves, springs and retainers also make sure to keep them in order....each one has to go back in its respective location... also take out the cam and rocker arms... the best way to get a good clean on your own is to get all the rough spots with a toothbrush and some soap...after that just throw it in the dishwasher... no joke... with dishwasher soap... make sure not to let it heat dry let it air dry!!!!!!

as far as going with an ecu, your going to be running super high compression... you have a few options...you can run a pg7 integra ecu with a v-afc... or you can run a pm7 zc ecu....my opinion..since your running such high comp... run either a pr-3 or pw-0 b16 ecu...your going to run rich but thats not a problem since the high comp... and if you gotta pass smog...just use a pm6 si ecu...i have extra bolts for your vtec solenoid..let me know if you want them... always willing to help a fellow honda kid out...
