Post Mini me still having problems

I did a z6 mini me on my d15 about a month and a half agao and im still having problems. I found out that my dizzy was bad so i got a replacment one and now i have spark, can smell fuel, but it wont fire. i did the dpfi to mpfi swap following this wright up here https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/diy-dpfi-mpfi-swap-made-easy-2889205/.

I have a couple questions though as to what the problem could be,

Should the yellow wire on pin 15 have power? Mine does

And i just found out that the kid i got the stuff off of to do the swap gave me a po6 insted of a p28, that shouldnt matter right?

And could it just be that my injectors arnt spraying? if so how could i test that?

Please help me ive been without my civic for a month and a half now and its driving me nuts that i cant get it to run.
