Lights dimming? Not hitting VTEC?
I have a 91 civic hatch with a fresh b16.
I was driving home the other night and i noticed my lights got real dim.
First thought- Alternator.
hit the clutch revved up, sounded real sick.
down shifted and beat it like a $2 crack *****. Mis fires like crazy. cant even hit vtec.
When my brights are on my turn signals did not work. The radio cut off. tach went crazy. shift light illuminating the place.
Then all of a sudden my lights got real bright. engine pulled harder than ever before. Almost like it was overcharging.
I know all of the grounds are good. When i did the engine swap i ran fresh 4 gauge grounds.
Any one else havin this problem?
Any suggestions?
Doesn't seem to be the alternator. Had that tested at Advance.

Short, bad ground or you have a draw somewhere. Rent a DVOM from autozone and test it. Sounds a pretty crazy. Thats all i can suggest for now. Sorry
