Default JDM D15b VTEC, what are the specs?

I've searched around and never found out what the redline was for this motor and what RPMs VTEC engaged, could anyone tell me? I know the ECU is a p08 and i want to get my ECU chipped but the guy only has D16z6 fuel maps, are they different from the D15b? Also, is this a good motor to turbo?
