I just bought my crx and the e brake doesnt work. How do i fix this?

you can remove the center console and tighten that nut. It could also be that you have bad brake shoes ( if you have drums in the rear) you should swap those out and then tighten the adjustment screw on the drums when your finished.

The guy already did a rear brake conversion.

so he did a disc conversion? Check the line mabie that guy fucked up the line or mabie didnt set it up right, if so check the break line, make sure it is attached, other then that just inspect everything. Is there any slack or any give at all? Your breaks are the most important part of a car expletive a motor if you cant stop. Good luck and post if you need help still
