Default Having idle issues..need help asap!!!!

my car when stone cold i turn it on and it idles at 5-600 rpms...and then idle is lumpy...when i take my fuel pressure vacumm hose off the idle goes up but only about 100 rpms..nothing noticeable..i checked both holes in the throttle body and when i cover both the car dies..i was told that it was iacv..but i took it out and cleaned it...and still same thing..and no code...i took the f.i.t.v off and screwed it down and cleaned it throughout...hooked it back up and it idles like it does now reallym low..beofre i screwed it down it was idling too high and then lumpy...so after i screwed the fitv down the idle was at 5-600 rpms all the time instead of when it was warmed up...and another thing is when i got this car it had no o2 sensor at all..but it is throwing no codes whatsoever from the ecu...im stumped been doing this for about two weeks and now im stumped...can anyone help lol....
