EF with DA spindles question
I have a 91 civic 4 door with a 94 JDM GSR. I have the HASPORT EF B series axles. I was wanting to upgrade to 90-93 integra spindles for the larger brakes. So my question is will the integra spindle splines be the same as my civic so i can still use my hasport axles?

Re: EF with DA spindles question
I'm not sure if the calipers, caliper bracket, and rotor will work with civic spindles, but I have an ef hatch with a b18, DA integra gsr trannsmission and I used DA spindles, with the axles for the gsr trannsmission and it works great on my car.

The DA spindles bolt up just fine, but they are slightly wider than than the ef ones. I had some fairly flush wheels before I switched and after I had to roll the inner lip of the fenders.
I'd estimate they push the wheels out 5-10mm further than stock.

Re: EF with DA spindles question
I didn't have that problem, I was just letting you know what worked for me. But I guess every car is different, I also had my car lowered on neuspeed coils and it was very low, not exactly sure but if you have coil overs you could possibly raise a little bit to compensate.

I do have lowering springs on it. They are some no name probably ebay. I got them from a guy i work with. I guess i should get a good camber kit before hand. Was going to anyways.

We have found that trying to set up the DA spindles on the track only crx was that you would "run out of adjustment" earlier than the desired amount. Yes they work, but they are not as well suited for the application when compared to the spindles that were designed by the Honda engineers for the particular chassis. They Civic EX knuckles match the designed geometry...Good Luck.

Re: EF with DA spindles question
if you swap to da knuckles you will need an alignment due to the the geometry being slightly different, speaking from experience here, i have da knuckles on my hatch.
also, if you're super low, you run the risk of the knuckle hitting the springs, happened on my sedan, i had my front just flush with the edge of the tire and when id hit a hard bump the knuckle would rub on my springs up front
