Default dpfi to mpfi code 4

i need help i ran out of ideas i did the dpfi to mpfi swap. but im getting a code 4 at first i thought it was my dizzy (tu-02 dizzy) so i bought new dizzy rechecked all the wiring. so this is how i conneted the wiring c1 wire to the blue and green and the white c2 wire i conneted it to yellow and blue.on the middle plug i depin the b2 and put it in the b10 and the 12 already had one. what else could it be i checked my ecu (i got a pr3 with a z6 base map) but still code 4 so i swap ecu and put in a pr4 still code 4. could it be my timing, could it be my firing order??? need this car fix by winter so plz help

Well there aren't too many reasons why it would be throwing a code:

Bad wiring connections
Wrong wiring pin-outs
Defective sensor
Bad distributor bearing causing sensor to overheat and fault out

Maybe some other rare cases, but you replaced the distributor with said "new" one. So I would start by checking the wiring with a digital multimeter. Assuring wiring didn't get crossed somewhere down the line. This will also help if you do a continuity check while performing this test. Then if the problem isn't found OHM out the wiring for that sensor to see if there is a problem there.

It's pretty simple, cut, and dry... Not a whole lot of magical stuff that could be wrong. I would take an educated guess and say its your wiring.

move back the b2 wire to b2, cut or depin c1 and c2 move them to b10 and b12, C1 ecu wire to B10 pin, C2 ecu wire to B12 pin. then run C1 pin to dizzy blue/green c2 goes to blue yellow

now what i did was used male/female butt connectors on the pass side shock tower to make it plug and play but you could also use a 4 pin plug just make sure they're in the right spots
