Default disconnected hood release cable!!! how to reattach?

Got my car back from the bodyshop with it's hood release cable disconnected on the hood mechanism side. Manual says to take off the bumper but I have a WW bumper and i can't take it off without opening the hood! The cable is not snapped, just disconnected and I can't see how it connects to the hood mechanism. Need some insight on where the "ball" of the cable attaches to. Thanks.

I would take it back to the body shop...
You paid them to fix it right?

Yeah if the cable was broken I was going to take it back but I figured if it was something easy, I'd rather just pop it back in myself and save myself the hassle. I figured out how to pop it back in. It wasn't apparent from the bottom-view I had but I got it done.
