hmmm i have acquired a d16a6 head and was wondering whether i can just slap it onto my d15b2 block and still just run DPFI being that i sort of lack the funds to pay for a MPFI conversion???

Yeah you can do it as long as you use the intake and all that off of your d15b2. But I dont see why you would if the d15 is running ok? I mean yeah its cool that you have the head but I would just wait till you get the stuff for the mpfi swap and then just do it all at once. But I guess I could see you doing the head first and making sure everything is cool then add the mpfi swap later. That way you know the head is ok and all but if it isnt then you have to go through all the work putting back on the other head if it is messed up.

its most the fact that through a little trade i scored a complete JG d16a6 street head with complete JG internals/port + polish, etc. so i am rather anxious to use it..but i think i'll just hold off for a little bit until i can do it all right.
