D16A6 head on D15B2 block?
i've got a friend that i'm trying to piece a motor together for him. he's got a 1990 DX civic and the head is shot. i have my old A6 head that i was going to put on. so just wondering if this swap will work.

Since they are identical except for the springs and cam, I've thrown an A6 onto B2 blocks several times.

Cam gears are the same, but the cams are indexed differently.... So at best you will be off a little bit on timeing. Its possible to do, just not simple.
