could us OBD0 guys run the 345cc prelude injectors?
I will soon have a built b18c in the EF hatch, the original engine (b17) was converted to run off a obd0 pr3 ecu when I bought it.
So if I swap in the b18c, and stay obd0, could I get some of these bigger prelude injectors for fueling? would it work correctly w/ the EF resistor box?

The question is why do you need bigger injectors?
Are you going turbo?
if you are NA the only way to find out if you do need bigger injectors is to take the car to a dyno. I know it sounds like a bigger injector=more power, but that is not always the truth. I have personally seen B18C5's put down 200.8 Hp with the stock 240cc/min injectors.

i actually lost power by running some rc 370's on my set up, but i hope to gain it all back when i buy my hondata system i actually lost 7HP and 8 lbs of tq in the dyno, and 2mph on the1/4 mile

Re: could us OBD0 guys run the 345cc prelude injectors? (smokey2.0)
I thought prelude injectors were 290cc's anyway?
But yeah, dumping in more fuel isn't the way to go. You will be fine on the stockers, the ecu will add the fuel it needs even if your VE increases. If you have a way to cut down injector pulse (vafc, hondata), then bigger injectors can be ok, but more than likely overkill.

like they say here
bigger injectors arent the answer.
depends on all the purpose
if u want bigger injectors, u can then increase fuel pressure and decrease duty cycle and get the same amount ur injectors do

Re: could us OBD0 guys run the 345cc prelude injectors? (USDM 4G VTEC)
well, Ill be running a built b18c block w/ ctr pistons, and Skunk2 stageI cams in the b16 head. The injectors I have right now are from the stock EF d-series motor (still 240cc though) ... do you guys really think that'll be adequate?
I just keep on hearing ppl say that they are running out of fuel in this type of setup, even w/ prelude 290cc injectors.

hrmm, what else is done to the engine? Stock head gasket? CR on ctr is 12.5:1 right? I have heard the injector should be one of the last thing you do on a totally built engine.... just what i've always been told.
