An engine needs fuel and spark to run. You said that you hear the fuel pump and that you replaced the cap, starter and ignitor, but are you actually getting either?

To test for fuel, unplug a fuel line after the fuel pump and have a friend turn the key to the ignition position. This should kick out a little gas.(Be careful, don't let your car blow up)

To test for spark, pull a plug wire and plug. Hold the spark plug threads against the valve cover or other metal. Have a friend try to start the car in small increments. You should see a spark in the gap of the plug.
