Battery keeps dying
So i have recently bought one of those nice odessey light battery's. Thing is, It keeps dying everytime I leave it in my car OVERNIGHT. It is relocated inside, in the rear hatch just to let y'all know. It's not only this battery too, Ive had a duralast in there before too and had the same problem. I'm thinking it could maybe be the cold weather at night, but the lowest it ever gets here is the 30's and this battery's supposed to give good CCA cold cranking amps and also it has one of those nrg 7 point ground wires on it. Or maybe something stays on and just kills it? I also dont have the axillary power wired hooked up to the radio so i have to turn it on & off manually everytime. I just want to know if anybodys ever had this problem before, and what y'all think it might be. any info or ideas would be appreciated..

Ok I'll offer my help here...If you have a dvom(multimeter) set the dvom to the amps scale.(make sure your leads are in the proper plugs)(decent dvom's have an internal fuse and you can blow them if you are over the rating, usually 10 to 20 amps)
The vehicle needs to be off and make sure all your loads(radio, lights, accy's) are off.
Disconnect the negative cable and connect one lead of the dvom to the disconnected cable end and the other to the battery lead...
You are basically placing the leads in line(series) or just completing the circuit.
Get a milliamp draw and let us know what it is.I'll bet your over and have a draw.Usual culprit is the radio HU.
