B Series in EF ??
I have 2 questions ... 1) What is everything that I need to swap a B-series into my EF 4 door? 2) Which B-series motor is best to go with ? (B20, LS, GSR, TypeR, B16)

Look in the FAQs section of this section of Honda Tech. Oh and definitely don't do a B20 that's a poor mans engine.

The best? REALLY? That's like asking the "best color." It's irrational. So here is what I have for you. I like the B16A for the ease of dropping it in and staying OBD0 unless you go boost later. But if you want the best, as in like highest HP, go with the LS/VTEC. Which is like a B20 non vtec block with a B16 head. And build the block and run a Garret Turbo at like 1 Bar of Boost.
But here's the basics of what you need (I'm pulling this from memory, you could check the FAQ section)
Engine (Block and Head)
Throttle Body for block
90-93 integra throttle cable
Clutch
Transmission (Ys1 or Y1
Axles and half shaft
Non-STD knuckles
Alternator
Starter
Alternator Belt
Dizzy (OBD0 or OBD1 depending)
Headers (stock has 2 O2 sensors)
Shift linkage (custom hasport or mod integra)
ECU (PR3 or PW0, OR chipped p28 for OBD1)
spare wiring harness (to convert to MPFI)
Injector Resistor Box (if needed)
And I think that's what you need for the B16A swap. I could have forgotten something. Obviously replace simple things like spark plugs, hoses, clamps, belts, oil, filters and water pump. Just to be on the safe side.
But yeah, tons of good info on this site. Just search. Or google.

LS/Vtec is NOT a B20.
It is an integra LS engine, B18A1 or B18B1, with a B16 or GSR/Type R (B17A1, B18C1, or B18C5) head.
A B20 with a Vtec head would be called a CRVtec, Because the B20's came in CRV's.

Re: B Series in EF ??
to put in u need motor mounts and tranny t bracket n a da clutch cable, u can keep it obd0, jus depends on funds, i myself would start wit a b18a1 or b1, that would be the easiest to start with if u never dun it before, u can add vtec later if wanted, to keep obd0 jus need the dizzy ecu, as long as u have the rite clips u can use obd0 obd1 or obd2 injectors, if u swap out the obd0 injectors u need to eliminate the resistor box for the injectors, theres plenty of write ups on here
