If I remember correctly... you have the HF axles and hubs..

Throw the axles and the hubs away as one unit and get some new hubs and axles..

He could, but they just instituted a 15% restocking fee.... I know, I am a Sears associate. I'd rather rent one from my local auto parts store.

I used a 1/2 Craftsman breaker bar with an impact socket. Went to Home Depot, bought a hollow 4' metal pipe to put over the breaker bar. **** was easier than using an impact. Sprayed a little PB Blaster as well.

I had a buddy inside my car with his foot on the brake though.

EDIT: For the love of god, DO NOT use a ratchet of any sort. Only breaker bars people, sheesh.

damn I could not figure out the word Ratchet today, lol, man I was saying socket driver cause I couldn't think what the hell the name was!!!

But yeah I busted a ratched today easy as hell too . And I was smart enough to use an extension *snap*

Finally got the brains to use the breaker bar *bend* . Ended up taking the axle with me from the junkyard . Impact got it off. I will have to bring a can of soda with me tomorrow to the junkyard!!
