What did you swap on?
Thinking you may have done a Y8 intake manifold which doesn't have a sensor to bump up the idle when cold- just trying to make sure.

Maybe you just need to adjust the idle screw on the throttle body. No more than 2 and a half turns counterclockwise from the fully seated(clockwise) position . If the Throttle Position Sensor was moved during swap then maybe it is now out of adjustment. Just a few ideas good luck.
