91 si radio issue

hello everyone. i been trying to hook up my radio but my problem is the radio stays on when i cut off the car.. i took a light tester and the +12 Volt Ignition Wire has no power. how can i trouble shoot this.

swap the red wire with yellow wire.

You have the radio's main power hooked up to the memory power lead.
