Default 90 CRX Si: GSR swap w/ all OBD-0 components: Need Wiring Help!

well, i can have somebody wire it for me for like $120, but im kinda getting low on cash so i figured, maybe id give honda-tech a chance...anybody have a complete write up/how-to wire VTEC into a crx? here's a list of the components im using

98 b18c1
91 ls tranny
obd0 pr3 chipped ecu
obd0 b16 injectors
obd0 b16 distributor

i know i have to add wires to the ecu and run them to certain spots on the GSR...just need to know where exactly and what type of connectors to use, etc...any help is greatly appreciate...im dropping the swap in today and will wire it tomorrow/saturday...thanks again

you might want to get an aftermarket IM so you dont have to worry about wiring up the intake butterflies

same as b16

If you plan on using the IAB's you will either have to keep them open all the time or use a manifold like the Skunk 2 to eliminate them because the PR3 won't activate them. Also you will need to wire in an additional O2 sensor and have a bung welded in your header for the PR3 ECU because it looks for 2 O2's. What do you mean by "chipped" ECU. If you need any wiring help let me know I just sold a subharness to someone doing the exact same swap in the same car.

drawbacks? it costs more... benefits?? the sky's the limit, tuning options, and the best part, you can actually use a ecu that matches the displacement of the engine! YAY, that means the engine will be faster, driver better, like honda intended.

x3

$100 for a harness, buy a o2 (or one thats on the engine already) and get a 95GSR ecu and you're good to go.
