89 EF9!!!!
Hi, i got a b20b in my ef and my cooling fan stays on when the key is on. But sometimes when i turn the key on the fan won't turn on and i'll shake the car and it will pop on??? When i start the car and turn on my headlights, they flicker and my car idles like it wants to shut off?? I noticed the tranny mount bracket sparks where one of the bolts is touching the bracket. I think all the problems might be connected to one simple solution which i can't figure out??? Any ideas???

I think it might be a bad or loose ground 2 but i checked the battery to chassis and engine to radiator support grounds and both seem ok. Is there another ground i'm missing somewhere?

I basically just want to fix the whole problem because i think i know it has something to do with a ground because like i said, when i start my car all my lights start flickering and when i turn it off my fan or lights wont go on unless i shake my car.

Check make sure u got a good ground. On you left on the engine bay there is a little clear box that grounds your fan, lights, etc check that too.

Run the ground from one of the bolt holes in your tranny (like the clutch cable bracket bolt) to the 12MM bolt holes in the side of the frame under the battery tray. Make sure that both areas are good clean metal before you bolt the ground cable down. It should be at least 8 gauge wire. Also check to make sure that the starter wire isn't touching anything, that could be causing the sparks.
