89 civic ef starting issue
Hey guys I have a simple problem but before I go and get the part I want a second option.
So I have a 1989 honda civic dx 4 speed 1.5 sohc stock
Car will start fine and idle fine when cold. But once it gets warm it wants to die on me and not start back .
I think it's either the air temp sensor or the coolant temp sensor . What do you all think it could be .

Just a guess, but I think the IAT and CTS would cause you to not have the best mpg and a/f ratio. I don't think either one or both combined would cause it to die or not-restart when warm.
I just finished reading alot of info on distributors (because I had a dizzy problem), and some people say a bad dizzy will cause your problem when warm. Also, do you have any ECU codes?

does it run choppy? check the spark when its warm, if its not a bluish purple then it could be ignition coil, jus a guess
