im trying to attach my driver's side door panel too. just got one from the dealer. it has 3 white clips that i lined up with the 3 holes...(i cleaned my holes out so they don't look like the one in the picture from a previous post) i applied pressure thinking it would just "click" into place, but no luck.

anyone know how to install this thing?

you have to snap it in place. make sure the tabs on the side line up as well.

you have to clean out everything. The piece either sits in there perfectly or breaks. I broke two of them before I said screw it. Cost me 45 bucks a piece. The person who owned the car before me put a ridiculous amount of glue in the door and now everytime I try and fix it I break the piece.

So pay a half hour of labor and have the dealer do it.

I'll take pictures of the fully installed interior tomorrow. The dash is being wrapped in faux suede (just silver part). The doors panels will be tackled later on. I'm looking for the right steering wheel as well. Also, my battery is drained so I'm unsure if its an issue or I just need a jump. It's only been sitting for a week. I wonder if the battery needs replacing.

I'll post an update tomorrow evening.

I'm compiling the pictures for posting as we speak, but still no luck on the carpet photos. It's raining cats and dogs right now and doesn't look like it will clear up until tomorrow.

Someone placed a huge WARNING sticker on my windshield saying that the car may be towed since it's in an inoperable state. I guess I'll park it across the street for now.

The b-pillar garnish requires going into the window track and removing 3 screws (you can see them in the photo. You unscrew. Put this in. Screw back in.

Sorry I am on my phone and can't explain the best. But you have some parts still installed that need to be removed still.

Were you trying to reach me or stockinteriors.com? I didn't call in my order. I went through their website and received the carpet within a few days. the quality of the carpet is great, but the molding is a bit off in a few places. It is also difficult to get the cuts perfect if you have no previous experience. You would think if you laid the old carpet over the new and traced the holes and the sides with chalk that would be a perfect fit but it just isn't so. It took me a few hours of playing around and trimming to get it to acceptable condition. I'll post pictures of what I'm talking about tomorrow when the weather clears up.

Get some activated charcoal spread it out in a cookie sheet and let stay in the car for about a week that should get rid of the smell.

Wasian538, my bad man. Just moved to Boston and had a job change. Still getting everything situated. I went outside today to put the newly painted dash in, but it started to snow so that's for another day. Here are some carpet pictures that I have taken weeks ago. Sorry I don't have anything better.

thanks man. i've decided to get a new OEM headliner instead of the faux suede wrap. im just worried about the durability of the suede. i definitely dont want it to fall out. im just waiting on the headliner clips from majestic honda to install them.
