did you diagnose those parts or did you just start buying things?
do you have any cels?
does you cel on the dash work?
I see a lot of weird wires in your engine bay...
the one thing you havent done apparently is to get a service manual, theyre available online, and will stop you from wasting money

When you turn the key to II, you can hear the electric fuel pump work for 2~3 seconds to prime the system and build up pressure.
If anything, you should be turning to II, waiting a couple seconds for priming to complete, and then turn the key to start.
Using a fuel pressure gauge can tell you if your fuel system is holding pressure.
If it does not hold pressure with the engine off, then there is an issue with the fuel system (worn fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, injector(s) stuck open, etc.)
Pumping the pedal on a fuel injected car just exercises your leg.
On a carburetor engine, pumping ONCE will set the automatic choke.
Additional pedal pumping will also release fuel from the 'accelerator pump' so it helps get fuel into the engine is you have a weak fuel system.
If you keep pumping the pedal on a carb engine, you flood the engine with gas and it won't start.
This 'accelerator pump' doesn't exist on fuel injected cars as the ECU takes care of it all.
