I've got a 1990 civic si, and I'm planning on lowering it 1.5"-2.0". I would like to save as much money as possible. I've pretty much narrowed it down to TEIN S. Tech's, H&R Sport's or Eibach Sportline springs. Shock-wise, I've been looking at Koni STR.T's and Tokico HP "Blues", but I'm not too sure. I want to really reduce body roll and have a tighter handling car. Can anyone give me suggestions on a good spring/shock combo on a budget?

personally, i don't use bump stops. it just makes it easier to bottom out if you take them out. but, if you don't drive like an ***, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

(I was 1 of the first to use these on crx back in 2004)

2. Neuspeed front and rear sway bars

3. Neuspeed uppe front strut bar

4. Neuspeed rear lower tie bar

You NEED to at least cut them. Don't lower your car and keep the full bumpstops in, you will be severely limiting the shock travel and you'll be bouncing off them all the time. What I do is cut about 2/3 off of them so you have travel but there's a bit of rubber left when you need it.

I need some recommendations on springs and sway bars. I'm getting Koni Yellows and i'm considering Eibach pro kit, H&R sports, and Tanabe. Which of these would best be matched with the Koni Yellows? I chose these springs for the minimal drop. This is for my daily driver (the roads here suck) and want a nice performance ride. The only bars I've found have been suspension techniques. Are these recommended and is there any other choices? Oh this if for a 90 Si hatch with a B18C.
Thanks
