Windshield wipers won't turn off
I have a 98 Civic DX and the windshield wipers will not turn off when the car is running. The switch is in the off position, but the windshield wipers are still on in the fast position. How can I get them to turn off?
Thank you

Either your switch is bad or the motor in the wiper system is bad. Pull the fuse for now but you'll have to replace whatever is wrong with it.

Re: Windshield wipers won't turn off (abeaujuin)
This happened to me to once. Pull the fuse as for now (as mentioned above).
In my case it was the switch (yours may or may not be). I took apart the steering wheel column and took out the switch. I took the switch apart and put it back in the right position... but that didn't last long because I broke it completely later. So I went to a junkyard and got one for $5.
When you go to the junkyard, some places will not sell pieces off the steering column. Then it will be really expensive, I would find a junk yard that does so it will be cheaper.
