If you're serious about purchasing the car, dish out the $60 bucks to have a mechanic do a quick inspection of it. Otherwise, you may as well be shooting yourself in the foot by depending on others to "inspect" the vehicle with just an engine bay photo.

OP braj you are missing some key info in your post. What is the seller's asking price? How does the body and interior look? Need some relative information to compare to the asking price other than engine pic.
Get it up on a lift and inspect it for oil leaks, transmission leaks, suspension, steering (especially control arm bushings). Check oil level, run it for a while, re-check oil level to rule out excessive oil burning. Assuming that it is 113,000 original miles, that is not a lot miles for that engine.

IMO, you are looking at the wrong side of the engine bay. Any melonhead / shady car lot can clean up the top; crawl all around on the ground with a powerful flashlight - check CV boots, near seals, any leakage - follow them up to the sources. If there are big track of grease spewed out of the CV's you'll be doing them soon. Look for evidence of mains leaking, trans, if you can get under there far enough, all the hoses under the intake. There's a ton of stuff to eyeball under there.
Did you tell us the mileage?
