Hydro clutch line clogged...
Bought a shell, and took my time putting it all together.. put the motor in.. and hooked up the clutch line to the tranny fork.
Now i tried to clutch pedal, and it feel to the floor.. so i tried to bleed it. put in the fluid and opened the bolt by the tranny. and the fluid didnt pass, it was like it was already full and bleed.
So, that leads me to believe that there is a clog somewhere. The next few days im going to try and take apart as much as a i can and pass some compressed air through the lines. Hopefully that will work..
I found this line from Heel Toe, that im going to pick up.

But has this happend to anyone before??? and what did you guys do to fix it..
Or any advice??
if needs be, ill replace the whole hard lines and everything in that system.. i really dont want to do it.. but i will to get it driving.
thanks for the help.

I would check the steel line first to see if its kinked anywhere. Could have happened when you put the motor in. I would disconnect the hard line from both sides, and blow compressed air through it. If it still isn't going, you could have a bad clutch master cylinder. Look for leaking fluid on the inside of the firewall. Could be a bad slave too, but you would see that leaking im sure.
good luck

Im going to dissconnect and blow air..
the thing is i never had this car running, so i dont really know about a leak..i never saw and fluid on the firewall..
the only thing is.. when i put the slave in.. the little plunger had a very hard time pushing in.. it was a bitch bolting to the block.. so ill check that..
i think a new one of those, is lke 60 dollars from honda automotive parts.
