body kits and tall spoilers arent always rice either. j's racings spoiler is huge and so is mugens and every jdm guy loves them. also mugen body kits arent looked down on. theres no strait answer just give up

How a friking tint be ricy? yall crazy. Try living in florida whitout tint. and is also good for privacy if you have a nice stereo system. unless ur so ricy that will show what u have in your car so thieves dont have to look hard

My definiton of a ricer is adding parts to a car that the head manufacturer would look at and projectile vomit. Parts that dont flow.

i think people get the two mixed up. Theres a "ricer" and theres a car thats just "Rice" a ricer is someone who bought a honda civic hatch that was designed to get good gas mileage, and beats the hell out of it to see how fast it will go. A rice car is a car with bodylines distorted by bodykits, too much carbon fiber, a spoiler thats oversized but looks like its supposed to increase downforce (usually on a fwd? come on) or an exhaust that draws too much attention. See i dont mind these "fart cans" as long as theres a silencer in them. I like some kind of audible feedback. The most important thing you can remember is build it for you.

wow this thread spreaded fast like cancer! i admit im a ricer too haha i have a prototype muffler bolt on from dc sports came a big tip soda can size. also a greddy on my ef came with big tips.. and i got PIAA 1000 Yellow Fog Lamp Dichroic on all my cars, before yellow bulbs weren't available i use to make my own with tamiya transparent paint dipped back in 97 on a 1157 bulb. i also had powered by honda on my civic models cars when i was a freshmen high school. anyways i aint going to hate on a ricer. cause when i was in middle school cholos use to bug my **** and talk **** about hondas saying why are they loud i hate them etc they would say my friends chevy with daytons can beat them, mustang are faster i replied my brother use to spank them with his mini truck and some of his friends hondas at slymar would race some domestics, left him speech less. im like i like lowriders some american cars but i like hondas better. its like fool you like pink i like blue thats your preference i aint going to hate on your style. well now i see them rolling in a import. i really cant stand BANDWAGON people like every body went to SUV cause its cool, but gas sucks on them and they miss there honda 90 percent of them regret it. my co-workers say why do you drive a honda? i reply i get more then 18 mpg i can spank most newer nissans mitsu subies bmw benz etc ( when i had a t3t4 set up )

It doesn't matter how fast you can go, loud *** mufflers will always be stupid on DD Civics and pretty much any other DD car with a small engine.

yeah i cant stand loud **** mufflers too... i really cant stand harley bikes that are too loud too, you hear those fools 5 blocks away but they dont get cited i hear those at least every other hour .. yeah i raced another civic i would hear his exhaust instead of my muffler ( DC sport very quite ) i was going stock muffler with electrical open cut off but its still illegal its a impound if they want to be a buster about it. but its ok for domestic to have it in most cases.

loud *** mufflers are obnoxious anywhere. Even at the track. I see all these ***s at the track with stock Civics and civics with stock LS and B16 swaps racing with open headers, fart can's and all other kinds of bullshit. It just pisses me off. Now that my car is running good, the next time they do that bullshit I'm going to go down off the stand and go get my car, pay the $15 difference to race and go kick their asses.
