Is it running poorly enough to warrant a tune-up? Have you noticed a change in it's performance since you purchased it? If not, you maybe wasting money.
Quality wires like NGK or the OEM Prestolite (if you can find them) aren't cheap (around $70 or more) If you have the original Prestolite's it would not be surprising at all if they are still good. If it is running a bit rough start with the plugs first and see if it helps before purchasing wires.

A number of service items can help restore performance when lacking, but replacing the culprits only is far easier on your wallet.
If you can provide more info it would help make sure you get the result you are after.
