Transmission question
My friend has 97 DX w/ y7 motor and had a transmission problem. I pulled the case suspected it was the mainshaft bearing, and Countershaft bearing was shot.
Anyway, I found a 94 DX transmision for a good price from a good seller that I have dealt with numerous times. The transmission is cheaper than the bearings alone!
I know D series fits d series. But not sure about the OBD-1 and OBD2.
Would everything work and is it plug and play.
Starter?
Reverse switch?
Clutch line?
Throwout bearing?
Speed Sensor?
plug and play?
and so forth.
Anything would be great!
Thanks
