take off the center arm rest. at the end of your ebrake handel is a silver rectangle that holds the ends of the e-brake cables. behind it is a 1/2" long sylinder with a 10 or 12mm fitting on the end of it. it's facing the same direction as your ebrake handel.

the lil "-" after the "H" is what you are looking for. just grab a ratchet and tighten it up and that should do the trick hope that made sence hehe

if it has drum brakes in the rear it might be even easier than that.....does it? Because if it does ill post how to adjust the rear drums which also directly tightends the e-brake handle.

jesus christ! this is from 2002????

4-6 clicks to full engagement
cables will stretch LONG before they break...

(oh, and the process to tightening, listed above, is incorrect - you need to jack the rear of the car and press the brake pedal several times, BEFORE messing with the nut under the armrest)
