I found my car like 3 houses down..I didnt here my alarm go off or anything but when i got to the car you could here the alarm but very low maybe because the battery was dying...The ignition was broken but they couldnt start the car....This **** is really got me mad...I called the police and they came like 2 hours later and said "oh well what do you want us to do?..Atleast they didnt get yours"..I told him this is like the 4th time they tried stealing my car...obviously they dont..I asked him if they could just patrol the area a little more and the a$$hole has the nerve to say "we have better things to worry about then people trying to steal your little hondas, when it gets stolen they'll find it in Newark, thats what you pay insurance for"...Next time imma ef someone up with my breaker bar...

i feel what your sayin though...i live in the people's republic of california, where even beating the thief's *** can get you sued by the thief you just caught breaking into your car. the thief can sue for assault, and if you bring any weapon, it's assault with a deadly weapon. buncha tree-huggin hippie bullsheeyit.

i got my information from SFPD, because i was pissed that there was a break-in on one car and another car got stolen in front of my house in less than two weeks time. just say you saw him point something at you, and then say "oh yeah, him sue me? yeah, it's better that the owner get killed than the goddamn car thief. uppa you essa!"

in kentucky, i heard your car is considered part of your house, and that you can smoke a fool trying to jack your car. kentucky's got it down!

Sucks about your car though. I wouldn't have taken the cop's attitude so lightly though, I would file a complaint.

Seriously I would setup someway to monitor your car and catch the theives o ntape. And either A) Beat their *** B) Follow them while alerting the police so hopefully when they take your car you can be led to where ever they are taking it and hopefully put them out of business for good.

I agree, there are security camera setups that are pretty inexpensive now like under $200, I think it would be worth it. and as far as the thief sueing, they can't sue if they can't be found

I think that once my EG gets done, I am going to sit somewhere dark inside with a window open and my 40 Reuger pointed at the car. The first time any thief tries to touch it BAM!! they get shot, and they never knew where it came from, That is my idea of what to do to a thief. They try to take your **** without you knowing, then I think they should be shot without them knowing who it was.
