Default Squeak when pushing in or taking out clutch

There is a squeak when mid stroke in the clutch pressing or depressing the clutch. While in neutral or in gear.

After the motor cooled down I went back out to start it up and no squeak but I can hear a very slight faint whine while in neutral. It goes away when the clutch is pushed in.

Clutch replaced with an exedy oe clutch when motor was put back in.

This sound like a noisy TOB or something else?

Heard with engine off?

You are hearing one or more transmission main bearings.

Not optional reading. You've been around to know better. You're missing required information.

Whine with foot off clutch = input shaft bearing. The squeak when you're pushing the clutch is either your clutch pedal needs some lubrication, or the point where the ball off the slave cylinder and fork touch each other needs cleaning and lubrication.

Sorry 96 civic dx.

No sounds when engine is off Ron.

And the squeak is like a rotating chatter squeak
