Oh, and if you have an impact gun or wrench, put it on low psi, and it can kinda knock it loose. Once again too much torque will be very bad for your head. But low pressure vibrations will help the PB penetrate.
Or, just soak it with PB, it may take a couple days, but it will eventually work its way thru.

hmm i dont understand why people said let it warm up, metal gets warm and expands and it will be tighter, and if it wont budge then youll strip it because if you look at other bolts that wont move and you give it too much force, your tool will slip and strip it then youre stuck with a spark plug in your motor, but i dont have advice on what to do, just telling you what not to do :]

Well, thats all I got. Shot the load. lol.
Like I said, and you can do this by hand with a rubber mallet and a ratchet. Tappin the ratchet while holding it tight can make some vibrations. But really, thats hazardous too. An impact gun on low PSI will do that with no risk of twistin it or your hands in weird ways lol. It could also bust it loose. But I wouldn't use it on the setting they use to take Lug Nuts off with, but a nice 2-3 beats a sec (instead of 30 or so lol)( you can kinda feel whats right) will help it loosen.
Worst comes to worse, you can remove the head, flip it over, and PB the underside! lol
Kidding, it will work eventually.

i know impact guns and what they accomplish.. but in this case i would advise against it.
breaker bar/cheater bar is really the only option if you really wnat the plugs out.
like someone said earlier.. gms and some new model fords (gm's being the worst) actually have TSB's on plugs breaking in the head. i have fallen victim to some of these cars. if i recall correctly they do call for some sort of penetrating oil and working of the plug back and forth and of course it is always the hardest to reach one and never the plug up close easilly accessible. lol
i cant picture all four being stuck like this. use more force.

You can also tighten the plug 1 degree then remove the plug, it helps if the the steel and alum did fuse. Trust me in helicopters you have alot of alum/steel bonding bolts

Hey great you got them out. Squeeks I wouldn't have been worried too much about. It means its moving. When I lost my head, it didnt make any noise, it just kinda snapped loose!
I would still advise against too much torque, but, with Honda motors so cheap, I guess I shouldn't worry so much.

Excellent news you got them free. make sure you check the gap and clean them good, and put antisieze on them so you don't have to go through this again.

Unless the shop you're taking it to is half-retarded, they won't touch it once they realize that the spark plugs are seized up.

wtf? a purse?
whats a cheater pipe?
thank you for the first piece of actual good advice.
well i dont give a **** if the damn ratchet breaks. im not weak...i work in a warehouse liftin heavy **** all day long till i feel liek my spines about to come out my ***. im not boasting or anything, im just saying i can give a ratchet a decent ****ing tug. so if i get a bigger ratchet...i wouldnt strip the aluminum head threads?

EDIT: Definitely a reason to use antiseize.
