Re: Spark Plugs
NGK/Denso
Iridium or copper is up to you ($2 vs $7)
Just an anecdote, but tonight I pulled the spark plugs from a D16Y7, they ended up being Autolite (Walmart). My NGK blue spark plug wires would hardly fit on them and seal with the valve cover.
I put NGK V-Power copper plugs in (from a D16Y8 that ended up not working out) in there, and the spark plug wires 'clicked' into place. Engine booted up without issue.

Re: Spark Plugs
It depends on the engine.
Honda's stock plugs are NGK and Denso (depending on the year and model).
Both of those engines use platinum and iridium plugs stock.
Since the OP didn't tell us which engine, I'll list a few of the more common B-series engines used in these cars.
B16A2 / Civic Si
1999-2000
PFR6L-13 / 3141 (Laser Series = Platinum and Iridium)
B16A2 / del Sol VTEC
1996-1997
PFR6L-13 / 3141 (Laser Series = Platinum and Iridium)
B16A3 / del Sol VTEC
1994-1995
PFR6L-13 / 3141 (Laser Series = Platinum and Iridium)
B18B1 / Integra GS, LS, RS
1994-1999
ZFR5F-11 / 2262 (V-Power = V-Cut Electrode)
2000-2001
PZFR5F-11 / 4363 (Laser Series = Platinum and Iridium)
B18C1 / Integra GSR
1994-2001
PFR6G-13 / 4115 (Laser Series = Platinum and Iridium)
B18C5 / Integra Type R
1997-1998
PFR6G-11 / 5555 (Laser Series = Platinum and Iridium)
2000
PFR6G-11 / 5555 (Laser Series = Platinum and Iridium)
2001
PFR7G-11 / 2380 (Laser Series = Platinum and Iridium)
You can find all this information on NGK's site too. The part number with the "#" is the stock spark plug used.
