Another test you could do to test if the IACV is doing its job, or it's leaking, or something else is leaking...

Take off the IACV, and when looking at the two holes. The one farthest away from the TB, If you plug that one, Your motor should stumble and stall.. Unless your idle screw is fully turned out. If your Idle screw is all the way in, and your car still idles fine.. You MUST Have a Vacuum leak SOMEWHERE. Find it with brake cleaner or propane/butane or something.

its ur idle air controle valve.. pull it out and take some carb cleaner and spray it out.. its a pretty easy fix.. good luck with it

my jdm d15b swap is doing the same thing i have two holes in my TB and the bottom hole when i plug it the car idles perffect is their any way some one could help me out with this as well THANKS

also my idle screw was mostly in when i did it thanks

actually looks like u nvr hooked up the vacuum line to back of manifold.

Ok so I have a y8 in my eg. Put in the skunk2 IM in and now it does the same thing?
It has coolant and all sensors and plugs are connected. TB is cleaned and gasket is good. Any idea?

Is there anyway you can post pictures or a video of where everything is plugged up at on your y8 into your manifold?
I'm having the same issue and no idea what it is. I have everything connected and cleaned everything that can be cleaned and all and still nothing. Thank you in advance
