Right signal in cluster not working

Right signal in cluster not working
Hey guys as the title says the right indicator signal within the cluster does not flash however the following tests have been carried out with the same conclusion
1. Checked the cluster bulb and swapped it with the left one
2. left and right turn signals work
3. when you put the hazards on all the lights flash but only the left cluster signal flashes
4. Under Dash and engine bay fuses are all ok
so really the only issue is the right indicator signal really odd issue that's got me thinking, if anyone has had a similar issue or theroies i could try let us know :D thanks in advance

Re: Right signal in cluster not working
According to your tests, the only thing I can think of is that there is something shorting out inside the cluster or dash.
Have you modified any wiring in your dash recently? Perhaps installed an aftermarket deck or an aftermarket alarm system?
Do you have a friend with a similar car that you can try to swap the cluster?
By the way, we are still waiting to know what kind of car you have...in case the above two replies didn't make that obvious enough

Re: Right signal in cluster not working
Yeah sorry about that its a 97 Del sol, as far a wiring goes to the dash or cluster it has not been touched, could the flasher relay have something to do with this?
I was looking at a service manual and the right signal wire that goes to the steering column is a yellow wire with a red stripe not sure but still looking to see if i can locate this wire in the diagram so i could possibly do a continuity check on it

Re: Right signal in cluster not working
Woo found the issue, behind the interior fuse box there are several green plugs that plug in the back of the box and I saw one wire that had some how came out of the plug.
So I went and grabbed the trusty multimeter I just checked for continuity for each pin until I located the right indicator signal within the cluster reinstalled the pin and presto the light works again :D
