Review on DNX Mid-Pipe ala Summit Racing and Jegs...
I heard Summit Racing sold mandrel bent stainless mid-pipes so I decided to order one since it was only $115 which is way cheaper than getting it custom done for a mandrel polished stainless piece.
Apparently, it is made by DNX and the quality seems good.
Downside: It goes from 2.25" inner diameter and funnels down to 1.5" right where you connect the axle back portion. I think this mid-pipe was designed to work with the factory rear system. Anyhow, this rear section would probably need to be modified for any built motor.
For me, it's still cheaper to have a 2.5" portion welded on the end.

Hey, he's doing a review, if you don't like it, don't post. I'm sure someone on here has been interested in it.
It bottlenecks down to 1.5 inches? Jeez, you could go get a custom one made for less money and have it stay 2.25 inches

I just posted this because I did a search and couldn't find anything useful. I always like getting feedback from other HT members on products before I buy them. It allows me to have an extra angle and opinion that allows me to make better decisions on products.
