Removing 99 Civic hub! help
Hey so i broke off my wheel stud today and went online and saw a thread on how to replace it.
So i went to Autozone, and rented their hub puller tool.
I tightened it tightly to the hub, then started screwing in the slide hammer (i think thats what its called). I tightened it as much as i could and the axle just popped out, then i tried hammering the slide hammer since the website said that's how you seperate the hub... and nothing!
Any ideas?
Any chance that my camber kit is too far out and it's making the axle pop out?

i just changed my wheel bearing and it was a total pain you need a hydrolic press i would do every thing i could before removing the hub try shaving one side of the stud head flat that might work also i dont think you could remove the hub with a puller mine was pressed in and when i did get it out it took the inner race of the bearring with it. hope this helps
