Rear Disc question 97 HX
Hello,
I tried to see if there was a sticky thread for this and I did not see one so sorry if this is a double post.
But I have a 1997 civic hx the rear drums keep locking up even after adjusting and cleaning them. I wanted to see if anyone had any input on going to a full rear disc swap because I replaced almost everything back there when I did the rear suspension but I wanted to see if it was worth swapping over to rear disc or staying with the drums for now? I just wanted to see some peoples input and see if it was worth the time to do so. Thanks again

Re: Rear Disc question 97 HX
There is no abs and I know the passenger rear is hanging up if it sits longer then a day. I tried to clean and adjust them but it seems to work for a little then starts to hang up again? Thanks

Re: Rear Disc question 97 HX
Is the problem associated with bitterly cold weather?
And it seems that you don't know whether the parking brake is the problem or whether the brakes are assembled incorrectly. Remove the drums and post several clear pictures of the brakes on both sides.
