Quick question: Need to replace radiator, what Honda models/yr can I pull one out of?
Own a 95 Honda Civic EX (1.6L)
Radiator is starting to leak. I'm positive its the radiator and not the hose.
I just need to know what year and models Honda radiators will work with my 95 EX.
Thanks

As a mechanic and then a shop owner, I will tell you the number one failure I see for a cheap part that cost a very expensive repair was a radiator going out.
I have replaced soooo many cracked/broken radiators I lost count. You might get lucky and see the steam and pull over in time to save your engine.
You lucky for your honda you can buy a ALL aluminum (no plastic end tanks) radiator.
grumblemarc recommend this place to me. I purchase from them. Had a small problem. I emailed them on the weekend and got a response back the same day!!! I recommend them also.

If you just want your question answered you can probably go over to rock-auto or some other website and see which part numbers are the same for the different year civics.

For now, this car is my daily driver and I need to fix the problem ASAP before Monday (school starts for me again). I will just go with a AutoZone radiator.
Thanks again
