Default Question about swapping current mini me z6 head to fully built y8 head

I recently purchased a 94 cx that has a mini me swap. It has a B8 block with a z6 head. Everything is completely stock on it with z6 IM. It runs GREAT and compression tested at 200-210 across all cylinders. However, I have in my garage a complete y8 engine in a 92 4door LX that has had some major work done to it but I spun a bearing on it unfortunately. That things was ZIPPY as hell! I already have the head off. I'd like to swap the heads because the y8 head has the following;
Fully tank cleaned 8,500 miles ago, so it looks brand spanking new
Complete Port and Polish
Crower springs and retainers
ARP head studs
Stage 2 cam
Skunk2 adjustable cam gear
1mm oversized valves
3 angle valve job
Port and polished Skunk2 Intake manifold fully port matched to the head
Skunk2 TB
Milled head
and some other mods I can't recall at the moment.

I'll be swapping the heads myself so labor is free. I have a chipped p28 which I will have tuned once swap is done. My questions are,

What gains should I expect once the swap is done?
Will I have to use the y8 timing belt or can I use the z6 one? I have both.
Someone told me I'd be wasting my time swapping the heads, why so if this head is built?
I have everything from the y8 engine, so what other parts would I have to carry over from it for this swap? The y8 engine ran NICEEE power-wise with a BIG vtec kick, but I just don't know how different it'll feel by putting this on a b8 block. Does the B8 block have better oiling than the y8 block? I'd hate to spin another bearing due to this rev happy head.

Thanks in advance!

Edit: Also forgot to mention that my current B8/Z6 mini me in the CX has a Z6 tranny so that's a plus. I also have the y8 tranny with the y8 engine. I'm assuming both trannys are the same gear wise? No use in swapping trannys, right?

Edit again: I forgot to mention that everything on the y8 is OBD1 so everything will be plug and play.

Get it tuned or don't do it, no one can answer this question

Use whatever belt is on the D15 mini me now

Because the B8 block is garbage for "performance"

Just swap the head and replace the parts from the Z6

Honestly I'd look for a Z6 block
