Default y8 head swap help needed

I have a 98 civic ex, im putting on a new head. The new head is a p08 so I think that is a z6 head? It has the cam I beleive from the z6 head. But no rocker arm assm. Can I use the rocker arms from my y8 head with the z6 cam and head?

I think you need to put the y8 cam into the z6 head because the fuel maps are different from what I've been told. i have a z6 with a y8 head. opposite of you lol.

I would just get a y8 head but I don’t have the time for that and I already spent a lot on machining the z6 head. My y8 cam is trashed and I thought that the head I had was a y8 head until I took off my y8 head and looked at the combustion chambers.
