since you said you bearly got done building your motor etc. I believe you need to adjust your valve lash I think your valves are open causing you not to have compression.

i had my timging set on my b18 before i swapped it and i couldnt get it to start then i checked it and it was wayyy offf. deff check that

When you turned your ignition to on, not start, did you hear the car prime. If your surrounding is quiet and you turn you key to the on position you should hear a ZZZZZZZZZZZ noise, or something like that. Easiest fix. So if you dont hear that noise then its your main relay

oright i did the jar trick and im not getting fuel. i also got a chance a printed out a troubleshooting sheet for the fuel pump
but just my luck my multimeter screen cracked. lmfaoo

Cheack each fuse with a continuity test. Sometimes fuses don't look blown, and are. Put the meter on audible, then the busted screen won't matter. Then check wiring at the pump, then test the main relay.

I didn't do this once after having a head built, I "assumed" that the specs would be fine.......I ended up scarring my oil pump pretty bad from cranking and cranking and cranking....I felt like a jackass for forgetting something so stupid.
