Need help to i.d a sohc tranny I picked up

Need help to i.d a sohc tranny I picked up
Well I picked up a Sohc tranny that was said to be from a 00 ex
now heres the info I have in front of me
S40 sticker which = 96-00 civic
Vin shows EJ7 which = Civic Hx
tranny casing shows P4A-B000 =large bearing case = EX
Do I have a ex tranny or a Hx tranny?
I was informed from previous search that
P4A-A000 = small bearing case = DX/HX/LX etc.
P4A-B000 = large bearing case = EX
Per H-T member mistabone
I know I can tear it open and look in and verify but I dont feel like spending
a good day doing that thanks

thank you for pointing out the blatantly obvious. of course his info contradicts itself, thats why he's asking the question.
